
Jakk is a registered architect in British Columbia (AIBC) and a member of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (RAIC). He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree and has taken on significant roles at various local and Southeast Asian firms, building a diverse practice that spans construction management, contractor work, and building design for residential, apartment, industrial, and high-rise office projects.
With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Jakk has contributed to numerous land and residential development projects. Prior to earning his CACB-BEFA (Canadian Architectural Certification Board – Broadly Experienced Foreign Architect) credential, he worked alongside Paul Rust, AIBC Architect, gaining hands-on experience on local projects including residential and commercial renovations, mid-rise condominiums, and First Nations cultural buildings.
Jakk's comprehensive understanding of architectural projects, combined with his LEED Accredited Professional (Building Design and Construction) certification and his passion for Building Information Modeling, energy modeling, and mass timber construction, allows him to meet his clients' needs and deliver sustainable design solutions.
He offers architectural services in accordance with the standards set by the Architectural Institute of British Columbia (AIBC), tailored to the specific requirements of each project.
